TITLE Communicating for Results

OVERVIEW Communicating for Results helps participants improve communication with colleagues, managers, and clients.

The workshop focuses on the critical skills of listening and giving and receiving feedback. Participants complete a Listening Self-Assessment to understand their style and impact on others.
