Managing Conflict is designed to help managers and individual contributors to constructively address and resolve conflict in the workplace. The workshop offers participants a model, skills and tools to help them devise creative, practical solutions to workplace conflict so that working relationships are preserved and enhanced. Participants practice resolving real workplace-related conflicts from both sides of the table.
