OVERVIEW Effective Negotiations gives participants the tools and techniques needed to effectively negotiate with others, both inside and outside the organization, through a natural, collaborative process. Participants explore how to understand the other persons perspective, demonstrate respect, present their own perspective, and reach a win-win resolution. The focus is on enhancing working relationships and gaining commitment to resolutions rather than mere compliance.
